Music Therapy
The music is present in all moments of our life. If we are sad, happy, in love or doing nothing, we use to listen to music that can help us feel better. Nowadays music therapy helps to recover people’s health. There’s no a special kind of song in music therapy, you can hear what you like to, but the most used song are classical music because they are peaceful, calm. Some songs can help us to relax; it can change our feelings and become us happier than before.
